黏弹性检测近年来在临床中的应用比较普遍,尤其在创伤大失血方面有很多新的研究结果,本文针对黏弹性检测指标对创伤性凝血病救治过程中指导输血的具体策略作一简要综述。

Viscoelastic testing has been widely used in clinical practice in recent years, especially in the field of traumatic massive hemorrhage. This paper briefly reviews the specific strategies of using viscoelastic testing indicators for guiding blood transfusion in the treatment of traumatic coagulopathy.
