急性肾损伤(AKI)在重症患者中发生率较高,且近期预后不良。既往认为,大多数存活的AKI患者,肾功能可以得到较好恢复。然而,随着有关AKI患者远期预后的研究进一步深入,临床对于AKI后肾功能的恢复以及AKI对患者生活质量的影响等问题有了更多的认识。本文将对AKI患者的远期预后作一综述,以期对将来的临床研究有所帮助。

Acute kidney injury (AKI) is very common with a poor short-term outcomes in critically ill patients. Previously, patients surviving an episode of AKI were assumed to have a good renal prognosis. However, with the further study on the long-term outcomes of AKI, the recovery of renal function and life quality after AKI are well recognized.In this article, we will summarize the long-term outcomes of AKI, aiming to help further study in AKI patients.
