敌草快（DQ）属联吡啶类化合物，是一种中等毒性的非选择性速效灭生性除草剂，人体服用后可快速分布至全身，造成消化系统、呼吸系统、神经系统、血液系统和肝肾功能等多脏器系统损害。DQ中毒目前尚无特效解毒剂，治疗以清除尚未被吸收毒物、加快已吸收毒物的排泄为主，且国内外对儿童急性DQ中毒病例的报道较少见，本文回顾性分析宁波市妇女儿童医院收治的3例儿童急性DQ中毒病例的临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后，为儿童急性DQ中毒的诊治提供参考。

Diquat is a bipyridine compound with a moderately toxic non-selective quick-acting biocidal herbicide, which can quickly distribute throughout the body after human consumption and cause digestive system, respiratory system, nervous system, blood system, liver and kidney and other organ injury. There is currently no specific antidote for diquat poisoning. The treatment is mainly to remove the poison and accelerate the excretion of absorbed poison. There were few reports of acute diquat poisoning in children. We retrospectively describe the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 3 children with diquat poisoning in Ningbo Women and Children's Hospital, and provided references for the diagnosis and treatment of children with acute diquat poisoning.
