  • 基于CiteSpace的脑损伤与过度通气领域研究的可视化分析

    目的

    针对脑损伤与过度通气领域的相关文献进行可视化分析，了解国内外相关研究的概况，探索并分析其热点和前沿趋势，为今后研究的开展提供参考。

    方法

    检索Web of Science数据库核心合集中自建库至2022年12月31日收录的脑损伤与过度通气领域相关的文献，运用CiteSpace软件从发文量、国家/机构合作、作者合作、关键词及突现词、文献共被引等方面进行可视化分析。

    结果

    共纳入636篇文献，整体上年均发文量较为稳定。美国是发文量最多的国家，中国与西班牙、巴西、瑞典并列排在第11位。发文量最多的机构、作者分别是美国华盛顿大学（31篇）、Menon DK（26篇）。研究热点集中于颅内压、脑血流、脑代谢等。

    结论

    我国目前在脑损伤与过度通气领域的相关研究较为薄弱，今后应加强国内外机构间的合作，积极开展能够实现颅内压、脑血流、脑代谢等神经功能监测的新技术，努力提高自身的研究水平。
