重症心脏是重症医学的重要领域,也是我们多年来研究的热点。近年来,随着该领域的开拓与研究,我们在心力衰竭的诊断、治疗、机械辅助以及超声在心功能监测等方面的应用取得很多进展。本文结合国内、外的研究现状,对脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)在心力衰竭的诊断中的作用,左西孟旦在心力衰竭的治疗中的作用,低温疗法在心跳骤停中的治疗作用,机械辅助循环的进展,以及超声在重症心脏领域的应用等热点问题进行了综述和解析,管中窥豹地介绍了重症心脏领域的学术进展,并为未来重症心脏领域的进步提供一些相关的学术基础。

ritical heart disease is an important disease in critical care medicine. In recent years, progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure, mechanical circulatory support and heart function monitoring. This article describes the effect of brain natriuretic peptide in diagnosing heart failure, the effect of levosimendan in treating heart failure, the effect of hypothermic therapy for cardiac arrest, the progress of mechanical circulatory support and the application of ultrasound in critical heart disease, which are the basis for the improvement of critical heart disease.
