重症医学科(ICU)患者是深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的高危人群,血栓脱落易形成肺栓塞(PE),可导致猝死。但DVT可以预防,因此早期评估和预防至关重要。本文总结了ICU患者DVT的预防现状。

Intensive care unit (ICU) patients are at high risk for deep venous thrombosis (DVT). When DVT breaks off, pulmonary embolism (PE) may occur, which can lead to sudden death. However, DVT can be prevented. Thus, early assessment and prophylaxis are more necessary. This review summarizes the existing data regarding the early assessment and prophylaxis of DVT in ICU patients.
