Abstract:

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is highly contagious and can lead to severe acute respiratory tract infection (SARI) and multiple organ dysfunction. The pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2 is unclear. Accordingly, we speculate that dysregulated immune response plays a crucial role in the mechanisms of SARS-CoV-2 pathogenesis. It is of great clinical and reserch significance to clarify the possible pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2 .
