Abstract:

Acute kidney injury (AKI) is very common in intensive care unit (ICU) which is significant associated with the outcome. There is a process to develop to AKI which allows the clinicians make prevention strategy. In addition, the pathology results showed that tubular cells were not necrosis but only in a ″dormancy″ status in AKI which indicate that we can prevent necrosis and restore kidney function through regulating the apoptosis and cell cycle.
