Abstract:

The field of innate immunity has undergone tremendous progress during the past 10 years. This is based on the further understanding of the pathways and mechanisms of innate immune recognition as well as the interaction of innate and adaptive immunity. With the rapid development of new technologies such as histology detection, gene editing and artificial intelligence, in the next decade, many developments of innate immunity can be expected. We will review the recent research and clinical trial on innate immune in this paper.
