Abstract:

With the development of critical care medicine, although the survival rate of critically ill patients has been significantly improved, most of them have serious mobility, cognition, language, emotion, and even consciousness disorders. Due to the complex and rapid progression of critically ill patients, the timing to start rehabilitation among different patients will be affected. In addition, appropriate intensity and activity type should be selected according to the condition of the patient to ensure the effectiveness and safety of rehabilitation. This article mainly discusses the timing, methods, intensity, safety, effectiveness, and problems of rehabilitation implementation.
