Therapeutic experience of acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis during the epidemic period of coronavirus disease 2019: a case report

Abstract:

Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pneumonia, medical personnel from all over the country have become a city, and have launched a vigorous epidemic of resistance. As a general surgery in non-designated hospitals and non-isolated wards, it is a difficult task for us to do a good job of protection and timely treatment of critical patients during the epidemic period. This paper introduces the diagnosis and treatment process of acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis in a 72-year-old, strengthens the pertinence and particularity of preoperative examination, analyzes the necessity and urgency of emergency operation, summarizes the indications and technical improvement of laparoscopic choledochus exploration and lithotomy (LTCBDE), and discusses the protection points and precautions of emergency surgery during COVID-19 epidemic situation, in order to provide reference for the decision of general surgery during the epidemic situation.
