Surviving Sepsis Campaign: International Guideline for Management of Sepsis and Septic Shock (2016): progress and comments

Abstract:

Sepsis remains a big challenge in clinic which promote clinicians to continue explore its diagnosis and management. Recently, Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM) updated the Surviving Sepsis Campaign (SSC) which would change the strategy of sepsis to some extent. Understanding the key point of the new guideline is crucial in sepsis management.
