Misdiagnosis of an acute aortic dissection patient with acute coronary syndrome

Abstract

Abstract:

Acute aortic dissection is a dangerous disease with various clinical manifestations, which makes it likely to be misdiagnosed. Misdiagnosis of acute aortic dissection and delay in proper treatment will deteriorate patient′s condition. We report a case of acute aortic dissection misdiagnosed as acute coronary syndrome with a review of such cases.
