In 2024，the National Health Commission of China and seven other departments jointly issued the Opinion on Strengthening the Construction of Critical Care Medical Service Capacity，comprehensively promoting high - quality development by improving the critical care network，enhancing specialty capacities，expanding the talent team，and promoting medical service.
