Abstract:

ECMO improves the survival of patients with severe ARDS. However, survivors still face problems such as decreased long-term survival and poor quality of life, mainly due to the decline of physical function, mental disorders, the transformation of social characteristics, etc.Understanding the long-term outcome of ECMO patients and related risk factors can help guide the treatment of ECMO and improve the long-term outcome of ECMO patients.
