Abstract:

The COVID-19 outbreak is raging around the world, and medical resources are severely run on. In order to cut off the source of infection and block the transmission route, Fangcang shelter hospitals provide a strong guarantee for the effective control of the epidemic. The outbreak of the epidemic in Shanghai in March 2022 made the construction of super-large Fangcang shelter hospitals necessary. How to realize the efficient management and operation of the hospital, and implement the homogenization and standardized diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 patients is a difficult problem for hospital managers. Through the practical experience of the Fangcang shelter hospitals in Shanghai, we summarize the Fangcang shelter hospitals management model of "one goal, two lines of collaboration, three keys, and four modes" to ensure the medical quality of the giant Fangcang shelter hospitals, and to achieve homogeneity and standardization.

Key words: Fangcang shelter hospitals, Hospital management, Medical safety, Medical and nursing collaboration
