Abstract:

With the rapid development of intensive medicine, understanding of blood purification was deepened increasingly in clinic. The improvement of filtration methods and equipment guarantee bedside blood purification in critical patients and improve the survival rate. Most of the intensive care units in China have been equipped with a professional team of fixed blood purification technology to provide timely and effective hemodialysis related treatment and care. However, the incidence of multiple organ failure in critically ill patients did not decrease significantly. The key to improve efficiency purification in critically ill patients is organ function protection, precisefluid management, hemodynamic stability and internal environment homeostasis. To achieve a safe, accurate and effective cure in critical patients, continuous quality improvement in blood purification therapy is essential.
