鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎在临床中发病率较低，引起重症肺炎、急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）、循环衰竭相对少见。本文报道的1例重症鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎合并血流感染、纵隔气肿病例，虽拒绝体外膜肺氧合（ECMO）、气管切开等有创操作，最终救治成功，强调了早期诊断、气道管理、抗菌药物选择的重要性。

The clinical incidence of Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia is low, and severe pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and circulatory failure are relatively rare. This article reports a case of severe Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia complicated with bloodstream infection and mediastinal emphysema. Although extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), tracheotomy and other invasive operations were refused, the treatment was still successful in the end, emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis, airway management, and antibiotic selection.
